Small clothbound sketchbook

Paper Foundation hardback sketchbook containing 25 sheets of handmade 190gsm watercolour paper. 

The paper inside is RWS Handmade. A paper made by Barcham Green, one of the most famous names in British paper making, to the exacting standards of the Royal Watercolour Society from 1894 until the closure of the mill in the 1980’s. It remains among the best artists papers ever made.

Each book features a cloth cover, handmade coloured endpapers, letterpress printed details, brass binding rings and comes in a beautiful handmade box. 

Each sketchbook was hand bound in Cumbria in an edition of 100 and are individually numbered.
